Q: What type of church is River Hills?
A: River Hills Christian Church is a contemporary, biblical church communicating the Bible in creative, compelling, and relevant ways.

Q: How do I get to River Hills Christian Church?

Q: When are your services?
A: River Hills has several services are held on Sunday mornings at 9:45 am, & 11:15 am
Q: What are your hours?
A: The church building at the central campus is open two hours before each service on Sundays. We’re also open during the regular business hours of 9 a.m.to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Friday and for scheduled events during the week. If you have a crisis and need prayer, you may e-mail our prayer team at River Prayer.
Q: What type of attire can I expect to see at The River?
A: River Hills is a “come as you are” kind of church. You’ll find a warm, casual and welcoming environment where an array of dress styles can be found. We want you to feel comfortable in whatever you choose to wear so you are free to focus instead on the message of Christ’s love for you.
Q: Do you have services for my children and teens?
A: Children and students best learn spiritual truth in ways appropriate and relevant to their age and stage in life. We design services for all age groups, from birth through high school, simultaneous to each of our weekend services. For more information, please click on River Kids, Junior High, or High School.
Q: Is there a place where I can take my nursing baby during service?
A: We have a nursing mother’s lounge in the first-floor ladies restroom on the east side of the building at Central Campus. Don’t hesitate to ask one of our greeters, identified by a name badge, to give you directions to the nursing lounge or escort you. At the East Campus, space is available in the ladies restroom.
Q: Is there a pastor or counselor I can talk to?
A: Whether you have a one-time need or are looking for ongoing counseling, River Hills is here to help. We always have a person-on-call available to advise and listen. We can also refer to our professional counselor on staff if desired. Please click on Counseling to learn more.
Q: Do you provide accommodations for those with special needs or disabilities during service?
A: River Hills offers handicapped seating in our auditorium. For specific locations, please ask our greeters as you enter the auditorium. ASL sign language interpretation is offered at our 9:45 a.m. Sunday service.
Q: How can I get to know other people at River Hills?
A: While River Hills may look like a crowd at first glance, we’re really a church of small groups. The best way to get to know others is to find your niche and spend time with them. We have a wide variety of ways you can do that based on your own personal needs and interests. We offer courses, classes, and seminars of all sorts, as well as community groups for every age and season of life.
